These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your participation in the online course ("Course") provided by Education Ventures Ltd ("Company"). By enrolling in the Course, you agree to comply with these T&Cs.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Course. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to purchase the Course or your parent or guardian must purchase the course on your behalf.

3. Course Access and Content

Upon payment, you will receive access to the Course materials, which may include videos, documents, and other resources. Access is for personal, non-commercial use only. You are prohibited from sharing, distributing, copying, or reselling any Course materials.

4. Payment and Refunds

All fees must be paid in full before accessing the Course. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In exceptional cases, refunds may be granted at the discretion of the Company.

5. Intellectual Property

All Course content is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Course, howsoever arising, whether out of contract, tort (including negligence). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

We will collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these T&Cs.

8. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Course if you breach these T&Cs. No refunds will be provided upon termination.
