Some teachers have reported that although the course works fine for teachers, their pupils are not able to play the videos on school computers. There is no reason for this on our end - we have not given different permissions to teachers and pupils.

If you are experiencing this problem, then it might be because of the following reasons.

Outdated Browsers

Desktops in school computer rooms are not updated as frequently as staff computers.

Therefore, computers used by pupils might be running old versions of Firefox or Chrome. You can check if your browser is out of date by following these instructions.

We recommend teachers and pupils run the course using the latest version of Google Chrome.

School Firewalls

If pupils are using up-to-date browsers and the course still won't run, then there may be an issue with your school's security system.
